• Account details — name, email, and authentication identifiers when you sign up.
• Profile content — anything you choose to share on your profile, in circles, or in messages.
• Usage data — pages visited, features used, and minimal analytics events to help us improve the product.
• Payment data — handled by our payment provider (Stripe). We never see or store full card details.

How we use it

• To run the service: sign-in, circle membership, messaging, and payments.
• To keep the platform safe and prevent abuse.
• To send essential service emails (account, billing, security).
• To improve Circle444 through aggregated, non-identifying analytics.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use your private conversations to train external advertising models.

Who we share data with

We share only what is necessary, with trusted processors who help us operate the service: hosting and database providers, our payment processor, our email delivery provider, and our analytics provider. Each is bound by a data-processing agreement.

Your choices

• Access, export, or delete your account at any time from your profile, or by contacting us.
• Unsubscribe from non-essential emails using the link in each message.
• Control browser-level privacy through cookies and tracking-protection settings.

Data retention

We retain account and content data for as long as your account is active. After deletion, residual copies may persist in backups for a limited period before being removed on our standard schedule.
